About us

our story is part of what makes us great.

Founded in 2017 after a diverse career in fabrication and project management, Raum was started to scratch an itch to build furniture. That's right. We are still obsessed with chairs. Through many ups and downs we found ourselves back in the world of industrial fabrication. This led to larger projects and a team was formed to keep up. We even survived Covid, and kept increasing our services and added an array of CNC equipment and expertise to continue building even more extreme projects. As of 2025, we found ourselves with a complex ERP system, fabrication accreditations, involvement in our community, two shop locations and an even brighter outlook for the future.

Meet our team

Dedicated professionals driving our success

Marshall Whitney

CEO

Founder and chief visionary, Marshall is the driving force behind the company. He loves to keep his hands full by participating in the development of Raum's business strategies. He's often found at his desk, across town in a meeting, or helping on an install.

Spencer Feuerbach

Ops Manager

Spencer is a force multiplier. His ability to tackle overwhelming projects and execute them on time and under budget is a credit to his zeal for perfection. An avid product designer, he can be found, if you're up at midnight, designing and building parts for his personal business.

Yang Jiang

Design Manager

Yang is an artist turned street-engineer. He combines an eye for scale and proportion mixed with a passion for CNC to turn objects into crazy realities. He stays busy on weekends training and competing for firearms competitions across the state.

Guillermo Arriaga

Quality/Safety and Shop Manager

Moe is brought on a project as a closer. He welds. He troubleshoots. He operates, assembles, electrician, mechanic, instrumentation, and more. Versed in all things fabrication, Moe still finds time to be a man's man - whether riding dirt bikes or rebuilding a house on the weekend.
